"Little friend, big bubbles"
Out on an aquatic stroll one day, Blubby noticed a sudden weight on his head, and as he looked up to investigate, it turned out a popplio had decided to join him! Holding onto his horns and laying on his head, the popplio smiled down at him before blowing out a big - for them - bubble from their nose. Blubby blew another himself in response, much to the popplio's delight. It seemed Blubby wasn't the only one that liked meeting others that could blow big bubbles! Seeing no reason not to keep them around, Blubby allowed the popplio to ride him as long as they wanted.
