Ozzie is the son of Kosmo, born before Kosmo's life as an Experiment on the Morph homeworld. He came to Earth to find his father. Ultimately, Ozzie sacrificed himself to save Kosmo and some friends, prompting Kosmo to go on a journey to visit the planet his son was born on, which he had forgotten about. (amnesia)
In another timeline, Ozzie was seen in the distant future. He died there, too. Destiny has not been kind to him...
