I woke up. It was dark, and I thought I had just woken up too early, because it was still night. Or, at least I thought. I felt that my right arm was up in the air. I tried to pull it down, but it felt like it was chained to something. I then opened my eyes again to see what was going on.
I saw my wrist chained to the wall, and was a bit concerned. I pulled myself up, and looked around. I noticed my surroundings. I was in a dark chamber. Small. Probably a prison cell. The only light came from the stars, the moon, and the Earth...
THE EARTH?! I then quickly realized I was being held captive by aliens. My planet was millions of kilometers away from me.
I examined myself further then. My hands were gloved to keep me from being able to use them. I was in nothing but a rag skirt, and there was something on my forehead.
I tried to use my abilities to sense my surroundings further, but I couldn't. The thing on my forehead must have been a neural inhibitor. I was about to scream for help, when the door opened, and a familiar form walked in.
It was Click. She was looking saddened as she stepped in. "You're awake..."
"What's going on?!" I yelled at her. "I have done nothing wrong, especially nothing worthy of abduction! I demand you release me!" I started pulling angrily at the chain, but to no avail.
"Gabriel... I'm so sorry... You were placed under arrest and sentenced to death... For crimes caused by your dark side..."
"That isn't fair!" I was beyond enraged. I tried to stand, but the chain was too low. I had no choice but to kneel to appear at my tallest.
"Don't you think I know that?... But, Gabriel... The Alliance has no choice... Dark Gabriel has committed more rape, murder, violence, and theft than our top 50 criminals put together... He mortally wounded a guardian. That act alone doomed him to the worst of fates... Death..."
My eyes widened in fear. "But that means..."
She nodded slowly. "Your sentenced to die in one week... Unless Dark Gabriel is eliminated first, that is how long you have to live..."
My own mortality suddenly filled my heart with dread, as my days were numbered, and the end was near. "T-they... C-can't do that..."
"I'm afraid they can... And are... I'm so sorry, beyond words your language can express... Gabriel... You're the second nicest male I've ever known... May your God, his son Jesus, and their Holy Spirit, grant you the best of after life's for your many, many self sacrifices to protect innocents..." She turned and left.
I started to scream, cursing the Alliance and their wicked ways. That cursing and trashing about quickly turned in to pathetic crying. I knelt there and cried for hours after, arm chained, strength weakened, hope lost, death imminent...
