Soleil is "Dark Heather", and was seen after Lospecter separated the dark forms of the Experiments using the Chaos Key. She was a nasty devil of a girl...and my design included feathers resembling devil horns to match, but that...doesn't really work in a better art style ^^;
But I included my pic anyway so you can see what I was going for.
