When a famous inteleon was asked to do some photos for a magazine, how could he refuse? Except, he forgot to ask what sort of magazine it was, and only found out AFTER he agreed: It was Aquadex, a magazine for water-loving Pokemon, which heavily featured photos of Pokemon underwater, water type or not. While it was a bit unexpected for the inteleon, he was up for it, and decided to also agree to do some pictures like this one where he was low on breath, as the magazine always had a section dedicated to that.
S: hearing about a company who's doing pictures for the Aquadex, a riolu couldn't resist going over to check it out... they head over there...not knowing his all time favorite pokemon inteleon is gonna be over there doing pictures for the photoshoot
L: A swampert at the front desk greets him. "Hi there! Are you here to sign up for Aquadex photos?"
S: "Heh, no...I'm not exactly here to participate in the photos, I'm more here to watch then anything..." the riolu giggles nervously
L: "Ah, that's fine too! Head on into the pool through that door over there, we've got someone getting some photos done right now. As long as you don't disrupt them, you can watch all you want." The swampert gestures to a nearby door.
S: "Thank you so much!" the riolu wags his tail as he heads over to the door and enters it, hoping whoever is taking the photoshoot right now is a cool pokemon
L: A few seconds after the riolu arrives in the room with the pool, there's a loud gasp as someone surfaces... An inteleon! He seems quite out of breath, his face a deep blue that's fading back to normal.
S: the riolu's eyes widen at the inteleon, his mouth dropping open at the sight "What the...n-no way...is that inteleon?!?! Omg omg!!!" the riolu gets extremely giddy at the inteleon, wondering deep down now if he should have signed up for those photos so he can be with them
L: The inteleon leans against the edge of the pool as he catches his breath, soon noticing the riolu. "O-oh, hi... Here to watch, huh?"
S: "Y-yeah...i-i guess! Your my all time favorite pokemon! I look up to you and everything! Your awesome! It looks like you were down there for a while..."
L: "Yeah, I was. Signed up for doing some out of breath shots, since those ones pay pretty well. Plus, I like pushing myself anyway."
S: "Hmm, I see... sounds kind of dangerous, but exciting! Y-you know...I'm such a huge fan of you and all, I-I think I wanna take some photos with you! If that's alright with you... but dang it, I didn't sign up for any of this when I first went inside"
L: "I'd be fine with you joining in! Head out to talk to whoever's at the front desk, they'll help you get set up. Doesn't matter that you first came in to just watch!"
S: "A-alright! I'll be right back!" the riolu zooms off back to the front desk, his tail wagging excitingly "I-i change my mind, I wanna be included in the photos! I wanna take some with the inteleon that's in there!"
L: Swampert: "Haha, okay! I'll assume he gave you his approval to join in with him, so just sign this here and we'll get you started." The swampert gestures to a contract on the desk.
S: "O-ok!" the riolu happily takes a pen and signs the contract
L: "Alright then! Head on back to the pool, and the photographer there will instruct you on what to do from there."
S: "Awesome! Thanks!" the riolu heads back to the pool area to meet back with the inteleon, giving him a thumbs up
L: The inteleon gives them a thumbs up back. Just after that, an anthro thresher shark surfaces from the pool. "You're the riolu that just signed up, right? Good to have you here."
S: "Yep, t-thats me alright... great to be here with this inteleon I didn't expect to see!"
L: Inteleon: "Can't say I expected this either, but I don't mind. This ought to be more fun now!"
Shark: "Alright, hop into the water, and we'll get started with some casual swimming shots. Just pretend I'm not here for now."
S: "As long as I get to take pictures with inteleon, I'm all for this!" the riolu hops into the water, sighing happily "Ahh...I miss swimming, it's one of my favorite hobbies"
L: Inteleon: "Same here... Of course, obviously, I'm a water type. Still, it's been a little while since I've gotten to swim before this."
S: "Heh, well I guess we both got our wishes then huh?" the riolu swims over and give the inteleon a big hug

The shark smiles and gets a picture of the two hugging.
S: "I've always wanted to give you a hug! Your the reason why I started swimming in the first place! And now I enjoy it! Hehe"
L: Inteleon: "Oh, for real? Nice, glad I could inspire you to try out swimming for yourself!"
S: "Yeah! I'm like your biggest fan! Hehe!" the riolu's tail wags happily as he gives inteleon another hug
"Let's do some swimming together so that shark can get a picture!"
L: Inteleon: "Yep, we'd better get started!" He and the riolu swim around together for a while, the shark occasionally taking a picture of the two.
S: the riolu has a big happy smile on his face as they swim along, the riolu even holds the inteleon's hand to make the photo cuter, giggling as well...but soon I'll be time for the underwater pictures
L: After about 10 minutes, the shark speaks up again. "Alright, we've got a good amount of surface pictures, let's start the underwater ones now."
Inteleon: "Yep, I'm ready to go."
S: the riolu's eyes go wide at that "Oh boy... I haven't gone underwater in forever it feels like...heh.." he giggles nervously
L: Inteleon: "Well, this is a pretty good reason to, huh?"
Shark: "Take your time, and surface whenever you need to. These pictures should still be casual like the first set."
S: "Well, alright then... I mean I do have a decently good breath hold time of 10 minutes after all, I've practiced a lot to get up there...it's just that it's been a bit since I have been under and I'm a tad bit nervous...plus, I think I may need some goggles so I could be more comfortable"
L: Shark: "Knew I was forgetting something!" He quickly swims to the edge and hops out of the pool, grabs a pair of goggles, then returns to hand them to the riolu. "Hopefully this will help you relax."
Inteleon: "Heh, I'll admit, kind of forgot about goggles too."
S: "Thanks!" the riolu takes the goggles and puts them over his eyes, he's instantly more cute like this "I'm sure you'll look adorable in swimming goggles inteleon!"
the riolu giggles at that, knowing he probably looks just as adorable himself in swim goggles
L: Inteleon: "Not like I need any, but... Ah, why not?" He gets out of the water and grabs some goggles of his own, putting them on. "How do I look?"
S: the riolu gasps "It's even cuter then I imagined! Somebody take a picture of us like this! We're too adorable!!"
L: Shark: "May as well, those are a fairly recent type of goggles." He gets a couple pictures of each of them.
Inteleon: "Heh, it's like we're modeling them!"
S: "Hehe!! Funny!" the riolu strikes a very cute little pose as his picture gets taken with the goggles on
L: Shark: "Anyway, think it's about time we got started with the underwater stuff. Feeling more ready now?"
Inteleon: "I'm definitely still good to go."
S: "Yeah, I feel a little better now...with inteleon by my side I'll do just fine hopefully" the riolu smiles cutely at the inteleon
L: The inteleon smiles back. "Alright, let's get ready then. Take some deep breaths for a little while, it'll help you stay under longer." He starts doing so himself.
Shark: "Not that you have to stay down a long time for this."
S: "I don't wanna risk anything, especially since it's been a while since I've been submerged" the riolu takes some deep breathes as well
L: Shark: "Yeah, fair."
Eventually, the inteleon feels he's ready. "Let me know when you're going under, I'll dive when you do."
S: after a while...
"Welp...." the riolu looks down at the water below "Let's do this thing..." he takes a last deep breath and holds it as he dives underwater, his cheeks puffing up with air
L: The inteleon gasps and holds his breath as well before joining the riolu underwater.
The shark joins them as well, obviously having no issues. "Just like before, just casually swim around for a while."
L: Inteleon: "Sure did!" He hugs the riolu back. The shark smiles and gets a picture of the two hug
S: the riolu looks around a little nervously before nodding, trying to take his mind off the nervousness and start swimming around
L: The inteleon stays fairly close to the riolu as they both swim, and the shark follows the two, getting a picture every now and then.
S: the riolu stays near the surface for now, he pinches his nose shut as he let's a couple of bubbles loose from his mouth, trying to act happy and innocent
L: Inteleon: "Here, I bet this might be good..." He gives the riolu a hug.
Shark: "Oh, that WILL be good! Can you hug him back, please?"
S: the riolu blushes a tad "Of coublrse" taking his paw off his nose for now the riolu hugs the inteleon back, his tail wagging a bit
L: The shark swims around the two, getting several shots from different angles. "Perfect, thanks!"
Inteleon: "Anything to make this work better!"
S: "Hehe..." the riolu was slowly starting to feel better about being underwater, his face is already a bit red tho
L: Shark: "Now, riolu guy, I have to ask you something... Are you up for doing some shots where you're low on breath?"
Inteleon: "That's what I was doing when you came in. You're paid extra if those ones are used."
S: the riolu yelps out bubbles at that
"I-i doblnt know iblf I wablnna do tblhat... soublnds scblary...whblat if I dblrown??"
L: Shark: "I'm actually trained in first aid, so if anything goes wrong, I'll be able to help you."
Inteleon: "I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was honestly kind of fun for me."
L: Inteleon: "I don't know how to explain... But I won't force you to do it if you don't want to."
Shark: "Neither will I. There aren't that many people that are up for that kind of thing."
S: "I-i mblean I wobluld liblke the exbltra cablsh... it woubld be niblce... maybe I sblhould try it"
L: Inteleon: "I'll try to help keep you calm during it, if you decide to go for it."
S: the riolu thinks about it, then nods
"Ablright... h-how lblow on brbleath dblo I hablve to gblet?"
L: Shark: "To whatever point you're comfortable with. The magazine's readers do like it when people push themselves to their limit, though."
S: "Hmm...ibll trbly my beblst thblen... mablybe inteleobln could hblelp mble oublt..."
L: Inteleon: "Yep, whatever you need. Hopefully you won't end up panicking..."
Shark: "Let's just wait for now. I'll get started once I feel like it's time."
S: the riolu nods, he let's some bubbles loose from his nose and just hugs inteleon, hoping when he does that I'll help him relax
L: The inteleon hugs the riolu back, petting them some. The shark takes another couple pictures of that.
S: eventually, since the riolu hasn't held his breath for this long in a while, he's quickly growing fully red, grunting from strain
L: Shark: "Here we go... Try your best to stay calm, alright?" He starts swimming around the two, waiting for good opportunities for pictures.
Inteleon: "Hang in there..."
S: the riolu whimpers, slowly growing blue and he tightly hugs the inteleon, grunting more audibly
"I-im...scblared!!"
L: The shark starts to occasionally take pictures again.
Inteleon: "You're gonna be okay, don't worry. As soon as you need me to, I'll get you to the surface." He's finally starting to blush just a little bit.
S: eventually the riolu's face is fully bluer then normal, he can't handle it anymore
"I-i nebled ablir...noblw!!!"
L: Inteleon: "Okay, I've got you!" He holds onto the riolu as he starts quickly swimming toward the surface. The shark follows, smiling and taking a few pictures along the way.
S: the riolu holds on tight to inteleon and thankfully enough, they surface without much issue since they weren't that far under, the riolu gasps heavily for air
S: the riolu looks around a little nervously before nodding, trying to take his mind off the nervous
L: The inteleon gasps some as well, before checking on the riolu. "Are you okay? You really seemed like you were starting to panic..."
The shark surfaces next to the two, looked concerned at the riolu.
S: "Hah...hah...hah, i-its just been so long since I've held my breath for long periods like that, I really thought I was gonna inhale water...but I'm alright now for the most part..."
L: Shark: "Glad you're doing alright... We got some pretty good pictures down there, I think you've got a good chance of them being used!"
Inteleon: "Nice! Hopefully it'll have been worth it."
S: "I really hope they get used, I try to look as cute as possible throughout all this, mostly because I'm with inteleon here"
L: Inteleon: "Yep, I really think being cute ought to have helped our chances."
Shark: "I'm pretty sure it did! Think we ought to stop here though, I've gotten a good amount of pictures of you two."
S: "I'm fine with that, I think I did pretty good down there for this being my first time back underwater in so long, heh"
L: Inteleon: "Alright, let's put back those goggles and head out. It's gonna be so cool if we see ourselves in that magazine soon!" He gets out of the water and puts his goggles back where he found them.
S: "Alright" the riolu gets out of the water too and puts away the goggles
L: Shark: "If we end of using some of your pictures, you guys can come by again sometime to do more!"
Inteleon: "I'd definitely be up for that!"
S: "Me too! 100%! I definitely wanna see inteleon again soon!"
L: Inteleon: "Same here! Let's get going, they're probably gonna have someone else in here soon."
Shark: "Yeah, it probably won't be a whole lot longer until then."
S: "Hmm, well ok...I guess we just go now huh? But can I stick with you for a while inteleon? I don't wanna leave you so soon"
L: Inteleon: "Sure, we can hang out for a while. I kind of feel the same, heh."
S: "Awesome! Thanks inteleon!" the riolu hugs inteleon tightly
L: The inteleon hugs the riolu back, and they both leave the pool area together.
S: "Man what a day...this is probably one of the bestest days of my life!"
L: "I've had a lot of fun too! And even if they don't use our pictures, I'm up for swimming with you again sometime."
S: "Y-yeah! Me too! I love to swim with you again soon! That'll be awesome! Maybe you could help me do better at breath holding"
L: "Yep, I could train you to stay under longer, I know a lot about that. It'll be my first time teaching anyone though, just keep that in mind."
S: "That's fine, I'm sure you'll do just fine...hehe...but maybe some other time, my lungs are still kind of sore...I'll just be praying my pictures will be featured in the magazine"
L: "Yeah, let's just relax for a while. We've got some waiting to do before the next issue of the magazine is out."
S: "Right yeah...alright then I'm fine with relaxing then"
L: "Yep, let's go find a good spot to hang out together."
S: "Sounds good my friend!"
and so, inteleon and riolu spend of the day hanging out with each other, talking and bonding... and, we find out later on that the pictures of riolu and inteleon were the top rated pictures for the magazine...and now both of them are famous! What a way to end it!
