I love Frank Sinatra's radio show "Rocky Fortune", so I had to pay homage to it. All the episodes can be heard here:

Not quite. ;) Before "Sin City", I was inspired by Frank's radio show. He did this show during his low period before his first Oscar win.

Only a few hundred of us furs know and love OTR, you and I being two... ;) Way too many these days don't even know there were all kinds of drama, adventure and other kinds of shows before television-- Radio was a lot of fun back then. :)

Before TV came into the picture, radio was (and still is) there to serve as "theater of the mind." ^^

And all I can say is, THANK GOD FOR THE INTERNET for preserving all these great shows, allowing those of us too young to have lived when these were on the air to appreciate shows like Speed Gibson, Gunsmoke, Dragnet, Tarzan, Superman, Johnny Dollar, X Minus One, Suspense! and so many others (including Rocky Fortune) made between the 1920s and 1962! :)

Let's not forget all the great British radio shows as well (The Goons for example). ;)
