Meet Trumpiart!
Sometimes "Trump" for simplicity.

He is Rupert's bestest buddy. He is also single, and is a bit taller than the blue fox, only about 2 feet.
Notably, he isn't very smart and is easily emotional, BUT he always find a way with making friends.
He and Rupert first met in some woods, then Trump moves Rupert into their new home.
Like Rupert, Trump is also in a mild search for love, yet he has definitely caught an eye on a girl raccoon named Julie (not yet mentioned).
