This time i used Adobe CS2. making cream with cloths on wasn't half but even if theirs no special features to them but all round the most challenging parts where her hands and obviously the lack of feet. her eyes are a pain all on their own as well. the chao doll for the most part was the easy part but all and all around 5hr or so working on this but it was fun in the end. ^^_

hey i have a tip for ya, when you draw in photoshop, you have a white layer. Dont draw in this layer. create a new layer, this new layer if transparent, you should draw the lineart in this layer, after you finish the lineart, you create a new layer below the lineart layer, and you use the polygonal lasso tool ( http://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/selections/p... ) and select the parts that you're going to paint with the same color. when you finish selecting all you the bucket tool and you're done. create a new layer, and do the same, but now for other color.
try it, you'll see the difference :)

Ah my eyes! light reading. :P  aye i could do with some reading up on Photoshop but for now my eyes are stinging like mad.  im a slow learner but ill keep at it but for now im all for pizza. a just reword for 5hr of hand to mouse work. ill be slowing down on adding my own art for awhile but in the mean time ill look into brushing up on Photoshop. 1st of next month is coming up quick and ill be more focused on new commissions. but hay thanks for the info. ^^_

My 1st pick with shade was done with paint tool sai. figured since i had both id try em out. but for the most i know my skills will improve by learning the full extent of either adobe or paint tool sai and all so speed up my art drawing time. i do plan on buying the latest version of adobe----cs6 is it? the cost for it is round $500 but i feel its worth it and it wont be to much of a loss if i end up not making art. unlikely that ill stop. its just a matter of saving up for cs6. time will tell.
