Today, look at the changes that have gone on - your friends can serve openly in the armed forces, increasingly we are able to marry each other as LGBT people, and a lot of us are finding jobs where we couldn't before.
However, some people don't want you to believe things are as great as they are on their way to being. Some babyfurs would have you believe we are in the midst of the great depression part two. I don't know if I feel that.
Anyways, we're faced with two choices. We can either pick someone who would gladly sell us out for more privileges and breaks for straight religious folks only, or we can go with someone who supports the rights of cubs everywhere to love one another without judgment.
There are many among you who feel that the president, even in this day and age, is a communist muslim marxist Illuminati-installed puppet. Please do us sane voting people a favor and do your homework. If you will vote for someone, make sure your decisions are grounded in reality, not fantasy. It's nice that we can dress the candidates up as cubs, but make no mistake about it - our choices have real life consequences.
Equally, there are some of us disadvantaged cubs who do not see life from the perspective of those who hire and conduct the business affairs of large companies. While it may be fashionable to write off successful people as crooks, let's look at the facts for a bit.
Let's stop for a second and listen to what these two candidates tell you, including the alternative ones. Watch their actual speeches and compare the records of what they have done - do your own research, this is seriously important stuff.
If you value being an American, you should go vote. Lots of people died so you could have the right to voice your opinion in how this country should be run. Many in our community have actually fought for us to have the right to vote, so we should honor their service by getting to the polls.
Remember, if you don't voice your opinion, someone else will gladly speak on your behalf. Get to that poll as soon as possible. Vote for who you feel will truly make things better for the country, each and every one of us. Think about how your decision will affect your loved ones, your friends. Consider who would make it easier for our cub brothers and sisters overseas to visit and who would do a better job of keeping our own jobs at home.
