I used FlipaClip for this before I found out about their latest update, which now features their clipping mask and alpha lock.
As mentioned in the title, this is traced and edited from The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa S02.E11A - "Monster Massachusetts". Here, Armadillamingkat "Armie" Berkowitz, who is based on his father Timon's monster form in the aforementioned episode, suggests "What about me?" when about to do the titular heroic act in my future Lion King/MCU fanfic inspired by What If…?, "What If… Armie Berkowitz Brought Back Half of the Universe?".
