Not really, there is enough differences for me to work with, Natani has slightly darker fur color, different eye color, is a bit shorter and slimmer, has longer hair and a fluffier tail. Natani and Zen also have slightly different proportions with Zen being longer bodies and slightly shorter legs while Natani is the opposite. Basically the only different between the two natani designs will be male natani wont have boobs. Otherwise I'm leaving everything else the same.
Of course I will probably have a few other differences as well, but its difficult to pick out because when it comes to minor details, Tom is not super consistent. I found that out when trying to pick out Maeve and Adira's spot patterns and exact body and face proportions, which change from drawing to drawing.
Maeve in particular I had to make a few guesstimates due to toms extreme reluctance to draw her without clothes. Despite the fact that A all his characters are featureless so it shouldn't be a big deal and B she is a fucking snow leopard and clothes and super thick fur do not go well together.
