Nowhere near a potty, really have to go, cant hold it anymore?

Lavender, feeling her tummy grumbling, her bladder twitching and feeling the need to 'go', hopped off the couch and began to run to the bathroom...

Only to make it only a few steps, and stop behind the couch. With no pants in sight she helplessly squatted down as a 'hissing' sound and a few 'squelches' became obvious. She was pooping and peeing in her big girl panties. A huge brown bulge near her rear slowly appeared, as well as a yellow puddle growing on the carpet.
