Ok, so this was inspired by a pre-existing Khornite demon princess named Valkia the bloody.
Valkia is an oddity in ALL of the forces of chaos because she.... maintains her femininity, and I don't believe that's an accident. Look at all of the other
demon prince/princess', they are all hideous. Ugly. Disgusting monsters vile to the sight.
But not Valkia, oh no. She has her face, torso and really Khorne only added horns, wings and goatish legs. But the rest of her is sexy, beautiful.
Ironic because Slaanesh is supposed to be all about evil sex and seduction, but his demon horde's are ugly as fuck too, and of all the chaos gods, its Khorne who I am
CERTAIN went out of his way to make sure that Valkia kept her beauty.
It was his way of mocking Slaanesh.
In fact, aside from Valkia, I recall in her origin story there was a bloodletter that was described as distinctly female who was there with the group to carry her dead
body though the chaos gate, so he made at least one demon prior to Valkia female.

And I fully believe he would do it again, and why not?
Other than Sgivald, you can never tell what's under any of Slaanesh's demons loin cloths, something unexpected might ker-spring/flop/ooze/fold/fly/reach/scream/pop/chew out at you!
At least with this, you get what you see......a brutal nightmare slaughter.
Oh you're going to die, but at least you know what's under that "armor" AND its symmetrical, take that as a comfort if you like.
And you may be wondering, who knocked up a bloodthirster to make one into a MILF? I don't know, but it happened.
It's not the strangest thing to happen in the realm of chaos, this is actually kinda mundane.
