There was a fair at the school where Snowy go and in one of the games, he won a pet fish.
This obviously made Snowy happy but Kibari, probably not much as he knew that he would have to go to the pet store
and buy many things that are required to have a pet fish like a fish tank, filters, food, and other things,

Yeeeeahhh, I work at a pet store and have helped these type of people. I'm just glad they listened to the storekeeper and bought everything they needed.

It does take a lot of money to set up, but it's every rewarding if you keep at it... so long as Snowy's interest stays with the fish and doesn't suddenly throw it to his parents to take care of it. I've seen enough of those people... kids are exited to get a pet, then loose interest later on and now it's the parent's pet.

I know that, I know that many kids will get all excited to have a new pet and as time goes by, they start losing interest in the pet until it becomes the parent´s pet just like you said.
I´m sure Snowy will keep the interest in his new pet but probably will ask his parents to help him with the cleaning.

I hope so. I've seen far too many "carnival fish" dying prematurely either because they didn't know how to take care of the fish, or weren't prepared for its upkeep. Snowy looks like a pup that'll take care of Mr. Fish... though his new parents will most likely have to remind him of his responsibility he's just taken in.
