Well im building my future home due to local area increased pricing i cannot find a future place. I hsve framework done and side walls will be up soon.

Normal size shower king size bed. Single sink cassette toilet or composting toilet depending on funds availible. Counter for stove top grill and fold out table adjacent to sink and counter. Also heating and air. Should be able to be qn qctual tiny house.

Awesome! I would definitely do a composting toilet especially if this is going to be a full time home. Lasts far longer between empties than a cassette toilet. I've been toying with the idea of building a micro camper on somthing like a Harbor Frieght 4 x 8 trailer. It would be enough for a week's worth of camping at a time and light enough to be easily towable by my Tesla Model Y.
