Now, here's the Archer!
A light Scale-mail armour, a bowarm-shield, three sets of arrows, a composite longbow and a short sword makes the Archer one of the most practical components of the Imperial army.
Normaly, the ones that become archers is the individuals with an extraordinary good eye. Usually it is the bird folks that passes the many tests that is needed to be one of famous archers of the imperial army.
