Some what crazy and loves to use the multiverse as a playground.
Personality
He is a bit of a screw ball and loves to cause random chaos where ever he can.
His is somewhat destructive but more peaceful.

Anything involving staying in one place. Any form of touch (mainly because he is a elemental of chaos and will freezburn someone who gets to close).
Background/History
His existence doesn't make much sense. He is hot but cold. Confused but sane.
Tells lies but is mostly honest. He is born from confusion of the mind and other forms of mental illness. Mostly benign illnesses.
