Before the morning sun could make it across the sky, Charkol and Drake had gotten their fill and then some -- an unending trail of empty bowls and plates stacked up in restaurants they passed. When their guts were too full to easily heft around, the two made for one of the smaller plazas and parked themselves there. Drake's royal command kept the food coming, servants and shopkeepers wanting to curry favor with their monarch and regent kept their gullets from experiencing any notable pause without food. As this wasn't an unheard of experience, the locals went about their day, some walking around the ever-consuming fire-types without so much as a second glance while others stuck around for a while to watch on in curiosity, admiration, or confusion at the amount of food being put away!
