This has basically been my mood I've been stuck on pretty much... Things grow worse... All I see is darkness... Everything is black, and must be black...
Things are bleak but.... theres still a chance to do something while still in this world, remember to take controlled breaths when you start to feel panic start to happen, i find that also taking a cough drop if there is one around(not on the floor unwrapped of course) and pop it in my mouth when taking controlled breaths. Its not over till its over, and there is still a chance to do something when your still breathing. I hope things get a little better for you.
