The group had a lot of to do in this one, arriving on an island where they are greeted by a giant Toad as one half of the group shrunk down in size while the other half became giants, as they entered a temple filled with puzzles, starting with a shrunken Gary the Boo going around a maze to get a key in it with help from his giant teammates afterwards they swapped turns being tiny to giant and giant to tiny as the tiny ones rode a toy train around toy train tracks to get another key, and then the group all became tiny and got into marbles and went down a marble track to get another key, and then the group fought Eyerok, changing different sizes during the fight, but managed to defeat them after a tough fight and gaining MAX UP hearts as a reward before following the trail of Bowser's doomship!
