Has the ability to use magic, from a spell book, unfortunately his downside is that he’s dyslexic, and can’t properly read the spells, causing some, random effects then intended

Background/History
Jake was a kobold born into the wondrous world of magic, his parents wanted nothing more then to make their son the next big thing in wizardry, unfortunately they didn’t count on him having a disability, not being able to properly read his spell book, but even though he fails time and time again, he always tries again and again, hoping that one day, he come pull off a perfect spell, and make a name for himself as the Enchanter!

Daramount city, a world with crime rampant, and heroes there to stop it, though most areas have been cleared, its no guarantee that no crime will not happen
