Today I had the most terrifying dream I ever had it was like real life. I dreamed I was trapped in a cave I could barely see anything in there just running and running trying to find a way out but... there wasn't any sign of exit. I could only hear a roar of a large animal, maybe a bear or a tiger I don't remember. followed by high-pitched screeches echoing off the rocks, much like the sound of scratching a blackboard.
As a complete idiot, I thought there would be an exit where those sounds were heard, so I headed in that direction. I stumbled a couple of times because of the humidity, but when I got closer I could only hear flesh tearing and blood spilling, I knew there was something there feeding but those sounds were not from any animal.
This is what I remember seeing.
A beast resembling a pterodactyl, but this one was even thinner, wingless and with larger claws, a pale gray skin color, and a beak so long it could easily pierce my wingless torso, only two long limbs as arms and two smaller like hind legs.
I had to get out of there, I knew that he could not see me because he showed signs of being blind, he moved his claws a lot as if looking for a foothold or exploring the site while feeding. Stuck to the wall, I advanced through the last tunnel that was behind the beast without making any noise but I had heard another screech right behind me, I saw a white glow pass quickly and a burning in my stomach, my limbs freeze little by little and when I looked down I only saw another claw that protruded from me and I knew ... it was not going to come out.
Right there I woke up, all this is real, I woke up with an intense stomach pain that gradually dissipated, cold sweat on my face and my heart beating strongly. Everything felt so real, I stayed in bed for a long time meditating on this and I couldn't get that image out of my head, that's why I drew this thing.
Has anyone else seen this anywhere? I think for the first time today I had a night terror.
