Part of the expansive Asimov Family within the blacklisted members. Uncle of Gero Asimov and Junko Asimov, Father of Gizmo Asimov.

Wheelo was always the second fiddle to his brother Gaijirou Asimov,

As a child a good boy, slowly growing bitter and resentful over his older brother Gaijirou who out-shined him in every-way towards their father's attention on the scientific field.

Always feeling behind leading to the hopes his own child would be the prodigy of intelligence over Gaijirou's kids only to end up with a song that wasn't a smart genius while Gero and Junko turned out to be smarter which was the last straw leading him to try and experiment on his own son Gizmo.

And experiment which horribly backfired wiping all his memories and leaving Gizmo a vegetable in a hospital for a lengthy amount of time while Wheelo became blacklisted by his family and went into seclusion.
