I..just...chatting with a friend and due to some stuff we discussed, this image came to my mind. I had to at lest bang it out..even if I had never drawn a kanga before. So I had to at least pop it out and all that. I picked a random critter to be in the pouch.

Just a very general pouched critter sees his caretaker in a bad mood...and knows a paci helps cheer him up..so he offers it to her.
