I draw a lot of depressing stuff, mostly rape and the rippling effects of such, but I'm not feeling it right now. These protests have drained me, but, hopefully, it won't amount to nothing. So here's a sapphire recovering after being rescued from her hypnotizing rapist.

The guards gave her a blanket and some hot tea, a small smile cracking as more and more of the dozen stolen, violated, and pregnant girls are pulled out to be given medical attention and brought back to their families. They have a long long way to go, but, eventually, everything will be alright, but nothing will ever be the same. The scars will stay forever, but, hopefully, progress can still be made.
