I ain't no chef in my wildest dreams nor your worst nightmares but I do prefer to cook my meals rather than depend on someone else (restaurant) cooking them for me. At least, when I cook I know exactly what's going into the meal rather than depend on someone else doing that for me.

It's rather sad, I enjoy well cooked food, and would love to learn recipe's. However due to medical issues and allergies, my 'available foods' are so whittled down that cooking, sadly, has little variation or joy to it. Though I certainly hope that as my financial issues improve, I'll be able to explore more, and with luck, discover variations I've yet to ponder~ ^w^
