I have a headcanon that Scourge can swim meaning he's the only Sonic, aside from Zonic since well I think a zone cop would need to know how to swim, out of millions that can swim that said he doesn't enjoy being suddenly pushed into a pool then again does anyone if they're not in the mood for it?
