Here we have a teen (but not quite legal) Teddy, who decided to sneak off with some older friends for the parade. He's had a few drinks, lost his shoe, as well as most of his clothing, and it seems he's pissed himself.
His friends are a terrible influence, but hey, at least he had fun?
