When I heard there were going to be "wild Dynamaxxed pokemon", I had to think of an Eevee that managed to capture and devour most of those trainers and gain the power of their Dynamax bands, and a little bit of human DNA to try out some properly city stompy new fun. Thus "Obliveon" was created.
