This is a redsign of Bruno flipping me off because I drew him like a bad Danny Devito fursona in the original.
Bruno Ndòsi a guard for the Lounge and leader of one of the street gangs The Cazadores. This group used to be a feral tribe prior to the Unix take over Bruno took command after a show of power where he decapitated and strung up his former bosses head. The Unix had little use for the members of this violent group and labeled them as 'fringe' which disallowed them to work government-approved jobs, which is where the Lounge came in, offering members of the group jobs as bouncers, enforcers, and dealers.
Bruno sanctioned that deal when the aforementioned previous leader refused to deal with anyone hurting the gang and forcing them to go homeless and hungry. This aggression leads the mutiny that put Bruno in charge but prior to his moment little was known about Bruno who was just a small cog in the bigger machine, doing odd jobs for the Cazadores but always having a deep passion in everything he did.
