First picture is the complete redesign Second is the redesign but if I had chosen to stick with the original orientation of colours. Third is the pure original picture from years ago.
He was made 10 years before Shadow as a proof of concept but was rejected for being highly unstable with his Chaos Powers. Maria was a baby so Scar never met her and so never got attached to her. He is serious 99.99% of the time and is very cold to others. He does not become attached to other people and refuses to be in the company of others for longer than necessary.
Note: The cloak is not a permanent part of his redesign.
