October, 1950. Gregor was serviced in the United States Military for nine years. He was promoted to General after World War Two. One day, he was called in to meet with Doctor Henry, who was a male fox. Henry specialized in underwater training. Gregor was going to be part of his training method, to see how long he could hold his breath.
The first thing that Henry did, was have Gregor sit in a custom-made sofa. The chair had thick leather belt straps on the arms, back and front legs. While strapping him down good and tight, Gregor asked Henry if the restraints were necessary. Henry assured him they were.
Once he was trapped down, Gregor tried to get free, but the straps were strong and the sofa was heavy. He then watched as Henry picked up what looked like an oxygen mask with belt-like straps. Gregor saw that the mask was hooked with a tube that was connected to a machine that had a water thank attached to it. Henry explained to Gregor that he had to hold his breath as part of underwater training.
Gregor was rather nervous and made a gulp, but Henry assured him that he had the tools to resuscitate him if anything should go wrong. He then called in two military officers, both wearing green camouflage into the room. Henry then strapped the mask tightly around Gregors head, making sure the mask covered his mouth and nose. He then went to the machine and told Gregor to take a deep breath.
Once Gregor did as instructed, Henry turned the machine on and the tube began to fill with water. Gregor saw the tube fill with water and felt it touch his mouth and nose, making it wet. Henry then turned on a timer and watched Gregor. After about forty seconds, Gregor began shaking and his cheeks started turned red. Fifteen seconds after, he began shaking his head, trying to shake the mask off, but it wouldn't budge. After over a minute, his face began turning blue, then Henry turned off the machine and water was sucked out of the mask. Gregor gasped for air as he breathed deeply. Henry gave him a minute, then turned the machine on again.
