Vell is a character from Tails of the Supernatural story series. He looks like pureblood vampire bat, but supernatural ability suggests that he has incubus or something alike in his ancestry.

Origins unknown, raised in a private orphanage that was a part of a research project studying supernaturals.
World/Setting
Tails of the Supernatural is set in alt modern world.
Body
Almost typical vampire bat. Wedged nose, ringed ears, arm-like feet, wing-like arms with three prehensile and three wing fingers (yes, 6 total), long, prehensile tail with a spade tip (probably demonic heritage), long, prehensile tongue.
Clothing
Due to his anatomy can't use normal footwear or sleeves. Usually wears casual unisex clothes.
