I remember overhearing people making the same complaint back when The Phantom Menace came out, specifically on how the toys revealed Padme's penchant for putting a doppleganger on the throne. It's the usual struggle to balance getting the merchandise out there in time for the public to buy without revealing too much about the movie. I think the best way to look at it is to treat the spoilers as a destination, and it's the journey to see how they actually play out that's the fun part.

Of the spoilers I've seen, I feel like I'll enjoy finding out how they pull it off. Marvel's good with the execution of their plots, and the spoilers don't give away that aspect. Also, toy companies take some creative license and it'll be fun finding out which LEGO scenes actually happen in the movie. Seriously, anybody avoiding spoilers should avoid the LEGO section.
