This is pretty anecdotal but people who live with ptsd and have for a long time could be more susceptible to nerve damage. just take care of yourselves, okay? I fucking hate doctors but they're the only ones who can help if you're really suffering. I have permanate damage already in my right hand even after surgery, and it'll likely be the same for my left, because I avoid going to doctors at all costs. (due to said ptsd.) I will be going to a specialist in the next week, however.
If you are in extreme pain and are waiting to visit the doctor but need more immediate relief, put your hand under a faucet and alternate between hot and cold to get your blood flowing to the area. basically google this shit the internet can instruct better than me.
