Sapphirewing and Lorenzo often have to go to RIM to deal with off worlders who break Dracaran laws and don't seem to have any sort of respect for Dracaran authority thinking they can just do what they can on their home world. Nope. Like going to someone else's house, you got to follow their rules. I didn't write dialogue for that little alien but let's just say it's saying a lot of things that are incredibly racist to Dracarans.
