It really had been close to 20 years since I had been to the gym, and people were right that the pain goes away after a few weeks as your body gets used to the increased activity. I've been going to the gym for 7 months now, and I truly do feel better. Sitting at a desk all day at work and then all evening at home was really taking its toll on me.
Also, Pokemon Go finally tracks treadmill walking when linked with Google Fit or Apple Health!
