More like reaction from noise then anything else, most that use to see from damage eyes will still move it around as if it is still usable.

I just wondered, because she looks over her right shoulder (broken eye) and recognizes the car. But it's probably because of the angle that it looks like she only sees the car with the broken eye.
Probably she recognized it also by the sound and it is unwanted family visit.
That a broken eye moves together with the healthy one is clear.
