The castle functions as both a city hall and rampart, a grand lift the only means of reaching the elevated gardens and building itself as it stands on top of two-story high walls in a concave ring. The halls around the giant capacitor form a cog shape, each department like research, power distribution, trade, and labor having it's own large section jutting out from the main hall, but with enough space between for future expansion.
