Chip and the gang may try to be peaceful in resorting conflicts, but sometimes things get out of hand, and this time, lethal force was required. It was a good thing Chip was a cartoon character and summoned a revolver from his jacket. Giving the bad guy the look of "Do you really want to do this?" In the end, the guy surrendered, and the day was good since Chip didn't have to kill anybody.

Anyway, thought I'd make this image because it made Chip look like a bad ass. Which was the intent, this is not meant to incite violence or be directed at anybody, rather this is just something I made for entertainment purposes.

(Yes I know, the gun is unloaded, but only to give the idea this isn't directed at anybody, and rather just something fun.. And yes I'm supposed to be taking a break, but I'm finding it harder to not do anything. But the main reason I was, is because of this exact reason, only a little bit ago everything I could think of was really Lewd or really violent. And that's just not okay as a Chipn'Dale fan.

Chip's a simple rodent, and a gun is a tool in his eyes. So a practical .44 works just fine for him :).

Not sure of the reference. But no, chip is chip. Just now he has a boomstick for those times that call for it.

Yikes I noticed it was unloaded before I read you mentioned it! That grip looks like a Rugar .357 Mag?

No it was a custom made .44 (Since they're 5 inches tall and as I remember there are no guns their size.) So somebody made it for him and some of the ammunition. Thought the grip looked nice So I went with it. :/

A scaled down revolver that for him is an equivalent of a .44Mag for us may be a good way too describe it? Like making one from a 75mm Sherman tank gun for a giant!
Been awhile since I've had much too with firearms (not that it's a big deal where I live) so I'm rusty... and this is a drawing! But the Rugar can take more powerfully loaded rounds then other designs due too a stronger frame with the only downside being a little heavier... not a bad thing really and Chip is probably quite strong.

A bit off but Chip's design/character is based in Indiana Jones, ok you probably know that but he was based of Roy Chapman Andrews who often carried a revolver as well?

Indeed, that is why i thought a revolver would fit him the best. And that the revolver system is quite simple compared to a semi. And while I wouldn't call chip "strong." he's got a lot of lean muscle under a layer of fat, so he's better for throwing, hitting, ect. But yeah he can be capable of some strength, certainly enough to hold a more chubby revolver for seconds or even a minute.

I've thought of his character design A LOT, and I've literally studied his emotions and how he acts to get a good perspective on how he thinks and who he is. Practically a mini-encyclopedia on him and Dale.

More aesthetic looking weapon and yeah they are dependable and on average more powerful/accurate with lower capacity and slower reloading as the compromise and he is left handed, most are built for right-handed... but this is custom! As for strength well I never said he was a powerlifter, more along the lines of being above average for his size, a natural side effect of his job.

Yeah it is a great job!

Thank you, and actually it was supposed to be neutral handed. Not entirely sure what features on a revolver make it lefty or righty , but it would matter on platforms like the AK, AR, and bolt action series of guns. But yeah his job helps a lot with what he's got. I have a story called Chip's new adventures that I am making, many assume that it's an off branch of the Rangers. But I would consider it a continuation of the Rangers, that if so and so happened, this is where they'd be. and I do my best to represent the Rangers in the most accurate and best light I can so that they're relatible. Story is a bit gritty, but only because things get more dangerous as time goes on. Even incorporated a few other cool things.

But hey if you like Chip and Dale, or the rescue Rangers, I have a discord server that i'm trying to make where 50 or so fans could talk, hangout, and be a community. So far it's only 7 people. But it's a start. Anyway the question is would you like to join it maybe?

The cylinder swings out only one way and it's usually too the left, best for a northpaw. Top-break like the Webley are more ambidextrous.

Don't think my computer can handle it, but I'll keep an eye on everything!
