This is Chloe Bullocks. She is actually a feminized Cody Calf from The Wild West COW Boys of Moo Mesa cartoon. It's something that I've taken quite an interest in. (the Forced Fem not the show) She's being introduced in public in her full female persona for the first time and is really nervous that someone will recognize her. The hypnotic sessions have made him really submissive and very girly and the strange pills Lily got from the traveling doctor has let him fill out Lily's old clothing quite well.
I've written up a rough outline of the whole situation, but I think I got too carried away at the end so I'll need to redo it before I post it.
I've been interested in feminized characters since forever, myself n.n* i think it started with my attraction to "tails"...in the sonic 2 title screen, it was quite ambiguous to tell that he was a boy, as he looked very pretty and girlish.
