Whew! Got the clothes modeled. I kind of knew going in that modeling the clothes would be a pain. There are some artifacts here and there (like holes in her pants), but I'm quite tired. There are two ways to handle clothes: On top of the body, or as the body itself. I made these clothes on top of the body, which is far harder because you have to make sure the body doesn't bleed over the clothes. Now granted, loose clothing is easier to model around cause it doesn't have to conform to the body, and for skintight clothing, it's actually more sensible to duplicate the nude model and change the materials to make it look like they're wearing clothes. Ah well! I should be able to reuse these clothes for Sylvia as well at least, but the rigging is what tends to take a long time cause you have to do some clean up no matter what. Luckily, hiding the clothes is just as simple as clicking a button.
Yeah, the couch is a free model I found cause I wanted to do something a bit more interesting than just standing there. I still need to figure out how a Starmaninjian house actually looks (like what kind of homes the Stars generally live in. Mostly floor plans I like). But yeah, baring her tail (which I actually haven't modeled yet, hehe), Rhonda's more or less good for now. I'll try making an animation next.
Thank you so much! I'm trying to build out a full fledged scene so it'll probably be a few days before I make a new render, but at least then I'll have a cool backdrop to use for the models!
