This is Meryl Meranan. What's amazing about this character is she's actually one of my oldest characters that I all but scrapped, but after looking at her for awhile, I finally decided to redraw her based on a new vision I had and ended up really loving her design. There is a second anthro form she takes on whenever she leaves the water or wants legs instead of a dolphin tail. Despite her last name, she is actually an Amphian, not a Dranan. Dranans don't have fins on their head even if they are aquatic based.
I do want to say it won't be common that I draw Starmaninjians this way, but like Bullet being a horse with actual hooves, I still like the idea enough to make it something. But Meryl can turn anthro at any time really, she can just swim better with the dolphin tail. It's actually not much different from Quadruped Starmaninjians who can also turn anthro at any time.
