(1996) "Sylvania" Cast, Colored

Drawn in 1996. Sylvia Mamba was a cast member of an old comic I had, "Scott Shadows: PI". She was going to be one of the villains, and was a terribly chaotic, murderious type. Where Blackout was more cunning and preferred to plan his attacks, I saw Sylvia is one who was reckless and dangerous.
