I had the name for this character for awhile, and eventually, came up with a look and what she does....as well as species, being a emerald dragon. Her right eye is silver and the left eye, gold. Her quill is alive, so to speak, and will fly off her hat to write something down in her large tomes. She is also an ancient, and where Majesta is over 5000, she is leagues older....but unlike Majesta, she doesnt leave her residence much, but is aware to a degree, as she watches over the world archives and history. She is also quite strong, as alot of her tomes are fairly thick, large and heavy.
