Basically this is a picture of the Egyptian jackal god Anubis in one of his outfits or regalia for the divine Pharaonic Parthenon royal court. There are many versions of Anubis in such regal attire, and this is one of my interpretations of such an attire. Not much to say beyond that. LOL. ^\/^.
