I decided to scan the new picture I have been working on yesterday before inking it. To help make it look better I put it through a few filters and blending layers to give it a more cleaner look as opposed to just a plain scan and simple edit. At this point it looks good enough to color, however I find the lines are still too muddy looking and are not well and clean enough to me. As such, I shall still ink it. Whether it would be the standard traditional inking or a digital one for once. LOL. ^\/^.
I call the picture 'Get Low' for the reason that the pose D. Dan is in can be used in multiple instances. Originally I find that this is a pose he makes after landing after a big jump or landing after jumping of a monster. Then I realize that this pose can be made in a rigorous sword fight where he gets low in either anticipation of an attack or to ready himself to attack. Another use of this pose is that he gets low to ready himself to ambush an enemy. Or he is simply getting low to hide himself from an enemy either running from said enemy, or spying on the enemy. In either case, in the long run, I named the picture 'Get Low' instead of 'Landing' for it makes more sense due to the multiple use of the pose in question. Plus it sounds more cool that way. LOL. ^\/^.
