He's got a mix of paranormal powers that are Nephilim-like and some martial arts unarmed powers. And quicksand, of course! A blast wave from Dr Destroyer and Therakiel's big fight in Vibora Bay Apocalypse turned this gang member into a worse freak than he ever was.
He's usually wearing straps or special bands ingame to prevent him from rapidly splitting into evil copies.
