Weapon Of Choice (More destiny-based, really): The Staff Of Sino

Once Upon A Time: There lived a powerful sorcerer who ran a school exclusively for the practice of magic. His daughter, having finally come of age to enroll had been mocked or generally avoided for her social ineptitude and overall nerdiness, even for those who would be considered her people...But, primarily, it's because she had a on-again/off-again tendency to talk your ear off. Her first year of attending the school, she had some trouble with a transmutation spell that permanently turned her into her current state (She held her wand backwards). Though most wouldn't admit it freely at first, in the fear that she would spend hours before you could get a word in and have a normal conversation with her (For the first few years attending, she created a golem just so she could have somebody to play War Of The Champions with...Which went on to play in the pro circuit), the other students eventually warmed up to her, though the hierarchy of the student body still used her as a target for ridicule...Eh, what can you do that won't land you in detention? Despite this, she was still a social outcast among her peers. One day, a party of individuals on their way to rescue a very special dragon opted to stay for the night within the school's living chambers. That night, the school was attacked by a slightly more powerful wizard than the girl's father. It was during this legendary battle where it was revealed that she was the great niece of the Great Mage Sino...The evil half of whom her opponent at this time happened to be, escaping from the Forbidden Citadel, somehow. Her father revealed that he always knew the Staff belonged to her. He then put her on "Independent Study" so she may go with her new friends and live happily ever after...But, they had to complete the quest first.
