Lynx smirked softly as he got ready for his spar, drawing one of his shiruken from his bag, and a dagger from his pocket. He glanced over at Marz, smirking a bit more seeing him getting his polearm weapon ready, the fox scanning Lynx a bit to get an idea for what he might be doing. The two haven't seen one another's proper fighting styles, so neither knew what to expect, but Lynx seemed confident enough to fight Marz. Millia watched from the sidelines, obviously doing this to see who was actually ready for a fight, had the need for a war against Drazernon come to happen. Without hesitation, Lynx dashed at Marz, his speed being nearly inhuman as he was directly in front of Marz in seconds, hitting his gut with the handle of his dagger, making Marz stumble before quickly regaining his footing and swiftly swinging his weapon low, aiming at the ankle of the boy, who only leapt over and backpedaled before throwing his shiruken at Marz, only for it to be swung at as well, sending it flying into the air. Marz took the opportunity to leap into the air and spinning a little to gain a bit of extra height, smacking the shiruken with his paw and sending it at Lynx, the weapon’s speed encasing it in a small flame that struck below Lynx, making a small crater.

The smoke from the impact was quick to fill the room and everyone covered their faces and coughed while it slowly cleared, once it cleared though, Lynx was nowhere to be seen, Marz quickly scanning the room for him, only to be kicked in the back and thrown forward by Lynx, but was luckily able to catch himself and used his paw to vault into the air and land back on his feet, charging at Lynx and swinging his weapon once more, no aiming for the chest. Lynx smirked and smacked the weapon with the dagger and was able to throw its direction off so he was never hit. The boy was showing he was far more experienced than most his age, which surprised the other four in the room. Marz panted softly as the speed of the panther boy was a lot for him to handle, as he kept his assault up. Lynx eventually ducked under the weapon and spun around, throwing his foot out to trip Marz, smirking as he got Marz off his feet and on his back, the teen grunting as he quickly tried to assemble himself.

Lynx quickly grabbed the polearm that Marz had dropped and threw it aside, smirking as he aimed his dagger at Marz, who chuckled and sighed as he admitted defeat. He knew he had a long way to go before he was capable of taking his targets down easily, but made sure to note this as a learning experience as he stood up. Lynx chuckled and shook Marz paw “Good job, that was a rush.” Lynx laughed to himself as Marz chuckled softly.

“It was, but next time I don't plan to go down so easily.” He smirked and challenged back as Millia just shook her head and smiled at the boy's, but had to admit that they both were good fighters and would stand their ground easily. She wrote down her results and nodded to herself before looking at Draga, but noticed he had wandered off.

Draga had seemingly left while the other two were sparring, a lot on his mind as he had watched. “Both Maxwell and Marz are very capable fighters, and have a steady mind. But… but Sean didn't, he was so easily consumed by that darkness.” He muttered to himself as it was obvious he felt an overwhelming guilt on his heart when Eeyruuad had killed the Dalmatian boy.

Camillamara sighed as she turned into her dragon form and stood beside Draga as they approached Sean's grave, a look of sorrow and regret on her face as she couldn't stopped her brother from killing the boy. “That darkness… it was so powerful, I've never felt something like that. Whatever was controlling Sean had completely nullified all of Eeyruuads senses. He wasn't even acting normally during the fight.” She stated, as they had talked about it and Eeyruuad barely remembers what had happened during the fight. “I wonder… if whoever did this was using that much energy on purpose, to make us kill him.”

Eeyruuad appeared next and fell to his knees before the grave, tears appearing in his eyes as he angrily punched the ground. “I couldn't even control myself… I killed a kid because I was to weak to stop myself! I swear… I will find the bastard that controlled Sean, and I'll rip them apart limb by fucking limb for what they made me do! I'll never forgive myself for killing this innocent child.” Eeyruuad broke down into tears as he collapsed before the grave, the stoic sword-species finally losing composure as he felt responsible, despite not being able to stop himself.

Draga sat beside his sword and rubbed his back until he was ready to calm down. It took a lot to do so but Eeyruuad eventually composed himself as he dusted the grave off gently. “Don't worry Sean… I’llmake up for my failures, I'll find who possessed you and kick their ass. Nobody uses my own senses to make me kill someone as innocent as you were. You had to leave behind a wife and three kids all because of me… and now, I'll make it up.” Eeyruuad vowed, his eyes ignited with pure hatred as he made his promise, his resolve coming to him as he stood.

“Such pathetic words from someone who doesn't even know how to contain his anger.” Came the violent, sadistic voice of a familiar chimera. Eeyruuad and camilimara both immediately turned and got into battle stances as they watched Marie come up, her claw scratching across graves and trees, cutting them with a light scratch. “To think someone of such a forsaken species would want to protect and avenge the person who let himself become possessed, and wanted to kill everyone. It's kind of a shame you'll never be able to kill me.” She laughed, playing her hand as she showed she was the being who possessed Sean.

Eeyruuad growled as his claw suddenly started sparking “you… you fucking bitch!” He yelled and ran at her, and swung his claw to attempted to attack her. Marie merely laughed and grabbed his arm with her claw, and with a sinister smirk she snapped the bone of his arm in half, and threw him into the wall, Draga and Camilimara gasping as they rushed to his side, the dragon holding his arm in pain as he held in his screams to keep his composure strong.

Camilimara turned back into a sword for Draga and the boy took her and aimed at Marie. The girl just laughed and rolled her eyes, waving them off with a sneer as she snapped her fingers. Without a second to waste, a jackal that was silver and and black, with a dark aura emanating off of him showing he was under Marie’s control. Marie smirked and opened a portal “Kill them, don't leave a trace behind.” She said as she headed for the portal, Eeyruuad growling as he propped himself up.

“You're not going anywhere you bitch!” He shouted and shut a dark energy pulse from his arm, striking her in the back and she screamed, the jackal running up and kicking Eeyruuad in the side of the end, knocking him into a tree and putting him into an unconscious state from the impact. When he did, Marie was able to drag herself to the portal, in pain from what had hit her as the portal closed around her.

Draga sneered and readied his blade as the jackal ran at the boy, his hands pulsing with energy that was giving from his possessed state. Draga quickly swung the sword and managed to block the incoming punch that was sent at him, kicking out one of the jackals legs and pushing him back, hitting his snout with the handle of the sword, making him stumble and grab his face. He growled and leapt into the air before spinning down and kicking Draga in the head. Draga was quick to move his head with the movement and his face followed the foot, lessening the impact as he rolled away and leapt up, his wings hitting the pavement and shooting him into the air with great speed. Draga threw Camilimara at him and lunged down right after her, camilimara turning back into the sword so she could use her claw and swipe at the jackal, cutting a part of his cheek and drawing blood while Draga clenched his fist and punched him in the gut, making him grunt in pain and stumble back, the blood from his scratched face gently trickling off his cheek and onto the grass below him, turning the grass into a crimson color.

The jackal didn't stop there as he wiped the blood away and the sweat, striking them off his face with his paw, the mixture of them hitting the grass besides Sean's gravestone as he smirked. The jackals eyes had a faint whitish tint to them mixing with the normal red they usually had, this made Camilimara gasp and stumble back. “He's possessed, we have to make sure to not kill him, he isn't in control!” She yelled as she stood beside Draga who was panting some, the kid was struggling to keep his ground as he listened, but nodded knowing he wasn't able to hurt the jackal, he wouldn't kill someone acting off their own accord, he had to find a way to break the curse or he'd end up dead.

The jackal grunted as he stood there, it seemed while possessed he was unable to speak, showing from the fact he wanted to taunt the dragon kid but wasn't able to. The two ran at one another again, clashing fists the whole time while Camilimara retreated to provide support magic to Draga, using her powers to encase him in a defensive barrier that would keep him from taking heavy damage, but would still hurt him if he was hit. Draga and the jackal were at evened odds at this point, both barely managed to hurt the other as they were both still young fighters. The jackal focused all his energy into his fist and went and uppercut Draga in the chin, the dragon flying into the air and screamed in pain as a small bit of his teeth hit together and shattered, breaking a few but not all, and blood started falling from Draga’s jaw as he staggered to stay standing, the pain nearly knocking him out cold. The jackal was ready for another attack, but was stopped by a shot to the leg, the sound of a gun echoing across the fields as the jackals yelp soon followed, and he fell to one need in pain as he clutched it.

“I think you need to rest.” A voice rang, and another shot was heard, but there was no blood or anything, as Draga looked up, a teen in golden armor that resembled a demon showed up, his helmet being off showing that of a gator. Ornstein Sheld, young general of king Drax’s army, cold and deadly fighter, but a heart for the young. He had used a tranquilizer dart to knock the jackal unconscious while he scraped the bullet from the leg wound and wrapped it up. “You, take Draga to the infirmary, i will take care of this one.” He told Camilimara who just saluted and picked up Draga in her arms and carried him off, using her magic to levitate Eeyruuad behind her.

“A jackal teen, forced to fight against his will? Is her power really that deadly.” Ornstein said firmly as he carried the jackal off into the castle to get him fixed up in the prison ward, he'd be held captive there until Drax was ready for his judgement.

-

Back in the shadow castle, Marie stumbled from the portal in a pained grunt, grumbled profanity under her breath as she entered. She was beyond furious that she had lost that battle and was cursing the day. Watching the mysterious and sinister woman was the familiar blue and red dragon wolf hybrid, Drazernon’s son Inferno. He walked over curiously and had a bit of concern on his face. “Lady Mary, are you okay?” He asked her and made sure she didn't need any assistance.

“Huh, there's a name I haven't heard in almost a decade. It's quite shocking to see one of his kids worrying for a nobody like me. I'd bow if I wasn't slowly dying.” She said bluntly like she always did, never holding back. “Prince, don't worry about me, just worry about your own hide.” She said.

“Inferno.” He said softly as she said that.

“What about inferno? Want me to put someone into the inferno pits of hell?” She asked sinisterly with a smirk.

“No, my name is Inferno. I don't care about my title, go ahead and call me by name.” Inferno smiled at her softly, lucky for his red fur it also hid a blush he was holding. Marie was taken back by the young ones words and couldn't help but smile, for once a true smile, not a sinister one, she could tell Inferno had a heart of gold, despite who his father was and realized she had him all wrong. But what Marie didn't know was that Inferno actually had unknown feelings for her, and he was trying to get close to her so he could try and express said feelings.

“Well, if you insist Inferno, I'll do just that, and I'll allow you to keep calling me Mary, the only person who will ever call me that.” She smiled and accepted his help as they walked to the castle medic ward.

Marie changed her name before joining Drazernon’s army due to a moment in her life she wanted to forget, but Inferno’s kindness felt sincere so she felt happy hearing his sweet caring voice saying Mary instead of Marie. She felt a weird warm feeling in her heart she hasn't felt since her father turned her into a chimera. She was experiencing love, and that love was towards Inferno. If these two worked on it, they could both accept their feelings and become one another's significant other, but that might take some time, for now, inferno just took Marie to the medic ward and gently laid her in the bed, and stayed by her side while she was fixed up, a soft innocent smile on his face.
